Job Description


  • Will be responsible for building understanding of Operational Resilience across the firm, training campaigns and leading communications etc.
  • You will be accountable for maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, helping Service Owners and Resource Owners perform their duties.
  • Responsible for identifying Important Business Services (IBS).
  • Create and maintain the service taxonomy.
  • Will be accountable for establishing and managing process to monitor resilience of IBS as well as critical resources.
  • Manage metrics to monitor resilience of IBS.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing the process to assess vulnerabilities, and deliver remedial actions.
  • Support the business areas with assessing and prioritising weaknesses and vulnerabilities in resilience.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing the creation the Regulatory Self-Assessment.
  • In charge of coordinating the governance of Operational Resilience, preparing papers for relevant committees and ensuring issues are escalated appropriately.

Skills and requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Operational Resilience consultation papers.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Operational Risk, Operational Resilience and Business Continuity tools, methodologies and best practice.
  • Experience delivering regulatory change and transformation.
  • Ability to identify and resolve risks and issues.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across the business, working closely with internal customers.
  • Use project management experience to focus on timely delivery of activities.
