Duties:

• You will support multiple clients.
• Will be responsible for nurturing and developing effective client relationships with senior team members within the clients’ organisation.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and on-boarding.
• Liaison between client and other internal departments.
• Flexibility/adaptability with overtime/shift patterns.

Education:

• Minimum A-Level educated.

Experience:

• Previous work experience in a similar client service environment i.e. SAAS or Technology Company, highly desirable.
