Job Description

Role Overview:

The primary objective will be to provide superior customer service as well as technical and tactical expertise in a client-driven highly technical environment. You will be responsible for assigned projects and also for sharing the general team workload and busyness. Proactive and self-motivated, able to organise their time and workflow to multitask consistently and effectively, and at all times, ensure contribution via strong teamwork to their colleagues in the group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with internal departments (sales, production and IT) on document and site preparation;
  • Effectively identifies and anticipates clients’ needs;
  • Interacts with clients and provides Customer Service by phone, email and LiveChat ensuring minimum response times and client standards are consistently achieved or exceeded;
  • Independently manages multiple projects


  • Fluent in German & French is a must with proficient business level of verbal and written English;
  • Ability to effectively manage and negotiate client expectations;
  • Ability to thoroughly understand and train clients on various platforms, pick up and relay new concepts and technologies quickly
